Our services
At Angels Of Empowerment, we offer a comprehensive range of disability support services designed to meet the unique needs of people with disabilities, their families, and carers. Our services aim to foster independence and improve quality of life.
Support Coordination
Our Support Coordinator plays a vital role in helping individuals navigate and make the most of their supports. We work closely with participants to understand their goals, needs, and circumstances, then connect them with appropriate service providers and community resources. Our Support Coordinator helps build participants’ capacity to manage their supports independently by explaining plans, budgets, and service agreements, while also coordinating services to ensure they work together effectively. We assist with problem-solving, managing challenges or crises, monitoring progress, and advocating for participants to ensure supports are responsive, consistent, and aligned with their goals
Recovery Coaching
Our Recovery Coaches, supports people experiencing mental health challenges to live meaningful, self-directed lives. We work from a recovery-oriented, strengths-based approach that values lived experience, personal choice, and individual goals rather than focusing on diagnosis. We collaborate with participants to develop and implement recovery plans, build skills, and strengthen connections with community, clinical, and informal supports. We help navigate the mental health system, coordinate services, advocate for participants’ choices, and provide encouragement and guidance through periods of change or challenge, with a strong focus on hope, empowerment, resilience, and long-term wellbeing.
Domestic Assistance
Domestic assistance is the practical support we provide to help individuals manage everyday household tasks and maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment. We assist with activities such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and other routine household duties. Our goal is to support people who may find these tasks challenging due to disability, illness, mental health challenges, or ageing, enabling them to maintain independence, wellbeing, and quality of life in their own homes.
Peer Support
Peer support is a service we provide to help individuals build confidence, reduce isolation, and grow in independence. We focus on connecting people with the right services, networks, and community supports to meet their needs, build trust, reduce isolation, and empower individuals to grow in confidence and independence. Our peer support is strengths-based and recovery-oriented, focusing on helping people develop skills, increase social participation, and work toward their personal goals in a way that supports long-term wellbeing.
Home Maintenance
We provide home maintenance support to help individuals maintain a safe, accessible, and functional living environment that supports independence and wellbeing. Our services include minor home repairs and general upkeep, basic carpentry and handyman tasks, maintenance of doors, locks, windows, and fixtures, installation and repair of safety items such as grab rails and handrails, furniture assembly, and minor adjustments to improve accessibility, as well as preventative maintenance to reduce hazards and deterioration. We also provide yard and outdoor maintenance where it relates to safety and access, including lawn mowing, garden tidying, pruning, clearing pathways, removal of trip hazards, minor fence or gate repairs, and general upkeep of outdoor areas to ensure safe entry and exit to the home.

Angels of Empowerment extends our Home Maintenance services to everyone in our community and surrounding areas. We provide reliable and affordable support to help individuals, families, and households maintain safe, tidy, and well-kept homes and outdoor spaces. Our services include lawn care, regular mowing, whipper snipping, gardening, trimming, landscaping, and rubbish removal. Whether it’s ongoing maintenance or a one-off job, our team is committed to delivering quality service with care, respect, and attention to detail, helping our community take pride in their homes and outdoor areas.
